Senior Content Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Oversee content design throughout client projects, creating clear, user-focused experiences via content strategy, UX writing, and information architecture.

• Convert unclear product and business objectives into organized content models, messaging frameworks, and scalable content systems.

• Develop and modify content to fulfill client requirements, ensuring a balance between brand voice, user experience, and business goals.

• Work collaboratively with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure content is integrated smoothly into the product development lifecycle.

• Identify and produce essential content artifacts (such as audits, taxonomies, content models, and voice and tone guidelines) while conducting workshops to unify teams on strategy and direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, preferably within an agency setting.

• Excel in dynamic, multi-client environments and are adept at handling uncertainty.

• Adopt a strategic mindset towards content, with a background in content modeling, information architecture, and structured content.

• Proficient in working with CMS platforms, influencing how content is organized and overseen.

• Excellent collaborator and communicator, capable of aligning teams and effectively conveying content decisions to clients and stakeholders.
