Senior Consulting Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for managing contract deliverables, leveraging your expertise to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Reviewing and analyzing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor partnerships.

• Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate contract risks, pinpoint opportunities for enhancement, and formulate strategies to mitigate potential challenges.

• Keeping accurate and current records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems.

• Offering guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related issues, including contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a similar area, ideally in the pharmaceutical or clinical research sector.

• A strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements pertinent to clinical trials and vendor agreements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of evaluating complex contractual matters and proposing effective solutions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).
