Senior Consultant, Workday Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients to successfully execute projects

• Lead client requirement meetings independently

• Oversee the activities of consultants involved in the project

• Serve as a mentor for junior employees

• Contribute to the internal objectives of the workstream

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Compensation configuration experience

• Experience with Workday projects and implementation

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without the requirement for employment-based visa sponsorship
