Senior Consultant – Smart Work, Power Plattform, KI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Gathering requirements and conceptualizing solutions

• Designing and implementing solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform

• Developing AI-driven copilots and agents using a low-code approach

• Creating customized business applications and AI-related solutions

• Independently executing projects using Scrum or Kanban methodologies

• Training clients on the Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI application scenarios

• Contributing to the further development of the Smart Work service portfolio

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint and Teams

• Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, and the design/implementation of AI-powered copilots or agent-based solutions

• Structured approach to requirements gathering and solution design

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with a customer- and service-oriented mindset
