Senior Consultant, SAP HCM-PY

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Gather and analyze requirements

• Propose solutions that maximize standard SAP functionalities

• Execute functional tasks

• Prepare training materials

• Develop, execute, and document the testing plan

• Provide support during the UAT phase

• Report on progress

• Manage and resolve service incidents

• Strong communication skills

⛳️ Requirements

• Education related to IT

• At least 10 years of experience in SAP HCM

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (preferred)

• Certification in SAP HCM (preferred)

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (preferred)

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred)
