• Development and execution of change strategies within transformation projects—preferably related to SAP—focusing on sustainable user adoption.
• Conversion of change goals into organized enablement and adoption frameworks spanning systems, processes, and user demographics.
• Design, coordination, and active implementation of Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane), which includes the creation and quality assurance of in-app materials (walkthroughs, tooltips/SmartTips, hotspots, contextual help).
• Comprehensive enablement accountability: target group segmentation, management of content lifecycle, testing & go-live coordination, along with assessment of adoption KPIs (e.g., usage, completion rates, decrease in support requests).
• Conceptual introduction, operation, and ongoing enhancement of learning solutions in LMS/LXP settings, including course structures, learning pathways, assignments, and reporting (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning).
• Development of contemporary and forward-thinking enablement and learning methodologies, incorporating AI-driven personalization and learning analytics.
• Adherence to user experience and accessibility (WCAG) standards in learning content and in-app guidance strategies.
• Conducting stakeholder analyses, alignment workshops, targeted communication initiatives, and enablement sessions (in both German and English).
• Close cooperation with HR development, IT, and business units, including contributions to governance for enablement content, quality benchmarks, and translations.
• Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management within technology- or ERP-oriented transformation projects (preferably SAP), emphasizing user adoption.
• Experience in designing and operationally utilizing Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane), including accountability for functional in-app guidance content.
• Involvement in at least one complete enablement or adoption initiative, from the change concept through rollout to the assessment of adoption KPIs.
• Practical experience in LMS/LXP environments, covering course structures, learning pathways, assignments, and reporting (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning).
• Acquaintance with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and instructional design, paired with a pragmatic, implementation-driven mindset.
• Strong communication abilities, empathy, and confidence in stakeholder engagement; excellent proficiency in both German and English.
• Enthusiasm for modern enablement and learning strategies, including AI-assisted concepts, UX, and accessibility (WCAG).
