This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Collaborate with home office, branch, or regional leadership at major RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, and insurance entities.
• Execute practice management offerings based on the selected strategy and engagement.
• Achieve strategic objectives that align with corporate initiatives, including developing firm-wide programs and collaborating on best practice content.
• Travel to firm headquarters, industry conferences, and partner events to conduct live practice management sessions and represent Zocks as a subject-matter expert.
• Act as the practice management consultant to align Zocks with firm-level initiatives (e.g., organic growth, retention) across home office, branch, or regional leadership structures.
• Develop multi-phase rollout strategies for large organizations, targeting specific advisor or producer segments first, and defining what "success" looks like on an organizational level.
• Represent the enterprise client’s voice to our Product team, highlighting critical feature requirements.
• Work alongside enterprise leadership to create scalable programs for their advisors or producers, including best practice content and webinars.
• Lead the development of high-level thought leadership and practice management resources, including "Best Practice" playbooks.
• Establish learning paths and maturity models tailored for different user personas.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sessions customized for each firm's advisors and producers.
• Represent Zocks at industry conferences and firm-hosted events, delivering presentations on practice management and AI adoption.
• Travel periodically to meet with clients and participate in industry conferences (approximately twice a month, with increased travel during spring and fall conference seasons).
• 3-5+ years of experience in an RIA, Broker-Dealer, Bank, or Insurance environment, demonstrating a successful track record in managing complex industry workflows and the client lifecycle from start to finish.
• Extensive experience with implementing scalable client processes and advisory-focused practice models.
• Proven capability to develop adoption programs and refine existing engagements; experience launching initiatives that impact large audiences.
• Comfortable leading discovery workshops with stakeholders; skilled in diagnosing operational inefficiencies (workflow, tech stack, staffing) and collaborating on scalable solutions.
• Ability to distill complex data or technical concepts into a compelling narrative that inspires action—capable of summarizing for leadership while also being comfortable delving into details as necessary.
• Knowledge of the intricate compliance, security, and integration requirements of large financial institutions, including CRM and wealth management technology platforms.
• A self-motivated individual who takes initiative without waiting for detailed instructions—ready to dive in, troubleshoot, and adjust as necessary.
• Naturally process-oriented but equally adept at functioning without a fully defined roadmap.
• Strong analytical skills—able to identify patterns and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Confident and poised when presenting to groups, including senior stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM platforms in a banking or financial services context.
• Located in or able to work during core hours aligned with Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones, given our focus on East Coast client firms.
