This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a Senior Consultant for NSPB implementation projects associated with NetSuite, handling varying sizes and complexities by converting business requirements and processes into scalable EPM technical designs, whether remotely or in-person as per client requests, including video or onsite interactions.
• Engage in solution delivery across all project phases, encompassing discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
• Work collaboratively with Principal Consultants and Solution Architects to tackle technical and solution-related challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses on business requirements to guide system design and execution.
• Create and develop multidimensional planning models, metadata structures, business rules, calculations, dashboards, and data integrations within NSPB.
• Design and implement integrations between NSPB and NetSuite, including data mappings, transformation logic, and automation frameworks.
• Aid in the creation of technical architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and integration frameworks to meet customer needs and facilitate overall business process discovery.
• Work closely with internal development and functional teams to deliver custom solutions and produce detailed Technical Design Documents.
• Carry out data integration tasks between NSPB, NetSuite, and other upstream/downstream systems as necessary.
• Serve as a trusted advisor during client engagements by offering EPM and NetSuite planning best practices.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, training sessions, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
• Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives, including solution accelerators, knowledge sharing, and ongoing EPM education.
• Continue to enhance NSPB product expertise in all areas pertinent to customer engagements.
• This position may require flexible working hours, including nights and weekends, to meet project deadlines or respond to unexpected situations during engagements.
• Limited travel may be required for this role and could vary depending on client and project needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout all project phases by managing expectations, proactively addressing concerns, and delivering results that foster high client satisfaction and referenceable engagements.
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in EPM, FP&A systems, or consulting, with a significant focus on planning and performance management solutions.
• A bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A solid background in finance/accounting, FP&A processes, consulting, and advisory services.
• Proven experience in solution design and implementation across projects of varying sizes and complexities, including enterprise-level EPM implementations.
• Multiple end-to-end NSPB implementations with extensive hands-on NSPB technical and functional implementation experience.
• Strongly preferred hands-on experience with NetSuite, along with a solid understanding of NetSuite data structures and financial processes.
• In-depth knowledge of multidimensional modeling, business rules, and planning frameworks.
• Familiarity with EPM technical capabilities such as data integrations, REST APIs, Groovy scripting, calculation optimization, and security design.
• Experience integrating NSPB with NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage individual workstreams from start to finish within a structured delivery framework, including tracking tasks and milestones, juggling competing deadlines, and effectively communicating status—experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies is essential.
