Senior Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Design and tailor solutions for Dynamics 365: Assess business needs and create customized solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).

• Development and integration: Create technical solutions on Dynamics 365 utilizing programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and development tools (Power Platform, Power Automate, etc.).

• Migration and upgrade management: Oversee migration projects to Dynamics 365 or platform upgrades, ensuring seamless service continuity.

• Process optimization: Work alongside business teams to pinpoint improvement opportunities and suggest solutions to enhance processes in customer relationship management, finance, sales, etc.

• Technical support and training: Offer advanced technical support for internal users. Train and assist teams to maximize effective usage of Dynamics 365.

• Technology watch: Stay informed about advancements in the Dynamics 365 platform and recommend ongoing improvements to current solutions.

• Documentation and reporting: Produce technical documentation and performance reports to guarantee project traceability and comprehension.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, demonstrating deep knowledge in customization, integration, and optimization of the platform.

• Proficiency in the implementation, customization, and administration of Dynamics 365.

• Skilled in associated development tools and languages (C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).

• Understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, etc.).

• Experience with integrations involving other systems (ERP, CRM, external databases, etc.).

• Familiarity with best practices for security and permission management within Dynamics 365.

• Knowledge of Agile project methodologies and relevant project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and capability to solve intricate problems.

• Self-motivated, with leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to foresee business requirements.
