This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You assist international insurers in executing transformation and digitization initiatives.
• You evaluate comprehensive insurance processes along with current IT and system environments to pinpoint specific areas for enhancement.
• You engage in the development and modernization of fundamental insurance processes and facilitate their technical and business execution.
• You create solutions that bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring precise translation of requirements into implementable concepts.
• You play an active role in automation and AI projects aimed at improving efficiency and decision-making quality within insurance processes.
• You assume responsibility for work packages or subprojects, collaborating closely with international project teams and clients.
• Proven experience in insurance consulting or in transformation initiatives within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of core insurance operations such as claims processing, underwriting, and policy administration.
• Experience in analyzing processes and IT frameworks within complex organizational structures.
• Genuine interest in digital transformation, automation, and leveraging AI in business workflows.
• Ability to work effectively with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• High willingness to travel and adapt to flexible client assignments.
• Proficient in both German and English.
