Senior Consultant Developer, Industry Innovation & Co-Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop, validate, and implement cutting-edge features for Guidewire Cloud.

• Collaborate directly with clients to gather use cases, define requirements, and confirm solutions.

• Take full responsibility for the entire technology stack.

• Act as a reliable partner to clients throughout their transformation process.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior consultants on Guidewire methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery.

• A minimum of 1 year of practical experience with Guidewire implementations.

• Proficient in full-stack development with a focus on modern software engineering practices.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support colleagues.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for both business and technical audiences.

• Capability to merge consulting sophistication with technical expertise.

• Preferred: Guidewire Ace certification.
