Senior Consultant – Copilot Studio, AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You assess clients’ business workflows, pinpoint opportunities for AI and automation, provide comprehensive consulting on Microsoft AI and Power Platform solutions, and create clear solution concepts, target architectures, and technical implementation strategies.

• You design and build advanced agents utilizing Copilot Studio, including topic architecture, data integration, plugin integration, and orchestration.

• You technically implement AI scenarios based on Azure AI / AI Foundry and integrate them into existing system environments.

• You develop intricate Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) and seamlessly connect them with AI components.

• You conduct technical assessments to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and future-ready.

• You facilitate workshops, present architectural concepts, and create realistic use cases — both internally and for our clients.

• You take complete ownership of technical and domain consulting for clients and can independently represent projects and architectural choices.

• You serve as a technical mentor for our junior consultants in the AI domain, establish best practices and reusable templates, and actively promote the sustainable development of internal AI expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• You hold a degree in IT or a related discipline, or vocational training in IT — or you have obtained your expertise through other avenues.

• You have proven experience in implementing complex AI- and Copilot-based solutions in client projects.

• You possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI / AI Foundry, and AI architectures and agent design.

• You have a solid grasp of data architectures (e.g., SharePoint vs. Dataverse vs. other data sources) and their implications for security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Ideally, you have experience with Power Automate.

• You are a collaborative team player; your analytical mindset, strong customer focus, and self-directed approach enhance your profile.

• You are proficient in both German and English, in written and spoken forms.
