This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver technical knowledge regarding the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and its associated applications/modules.
• Aid in modifying scripts for the deployment of Falcon Cloud Security solutions using Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
• Resolve deployment challenges faced by customers ranging from small to large enterprises.
• Utilize and develop both native and third-party software deployment technologies.
• Create scripts and processes for Falcon sensor deployment.
• Plan and communicate the status of software deployments.
• Collaborate closely with customer information technology teams.
• Offer mentorship and direction to the Platform Professional Services team, encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous advancement.
• Conduct training sessions to advocate for the adoption of best practices related to cloud platforms throughout the organization.
• Leverage CrowdStrike applications to assist customers in vulnerability and asset management.
• Help customers integrate CrowdStrike into their existing tools.
• Support both the Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with the deployment of Falcon modules, internal tools, and scripts necessary for data collection.
• Work closely with the Platform Professional Services team to lead educational series on Falcon Cloud Security and related applications.
• Foster a collaborative relationship between product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT deployments or within an end-user/customer environment.
• Expertise and certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one public cloud.
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud and container deployment technologies.
• Strong familiarity with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
• Proficient in Linux administration and command line interface (CLI) usage.
• Extensive experience in scripting with Python.
• Proficient across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Significant customer-facing consulting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Broad experience in cloud, computer, and network systems security.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions to unique and complex challenges.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated individual with a high level of initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with the capability to manage multiple customer engagements.
• Proven experience in utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
