⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience as a specialist in change management, team development, or organizational development — management experience is a plus.

• Proven experience in designing and facilitating complex change or transformation initiatives.

• A collection of innovative ideas, practical experience, methodologies, and analytical tools, all infused with your personal touch.

• A personality characterized by ambition, adaptability, personal responsibility, and a proactive approach.

• The capability to establish sustainable, trust-based relationships with clients.

• Familiarity with Design Thinking, Scrum, Business Model Canvas, or the Golden Circle as part of your methodological toolkit.
