Senior Consultant, Business Valuation – ABV, CVA required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Developing business valuation projects from the initial phase to the draft stage.

• Overseeing document requests and production, valuation models, report templates, site visits, and communication with clients.

• Participation in damages assessment and other financial forensic projects may be available.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification in business valuation (e.g., CVA, ASA, ABV, CFA, etc.) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Capability to oversee multiple projects or cases simultaneously.

• Proficient in analyzing large datasets and presenting them in a visual format.

• Strong writing skills necessary for drafting expert reports and other client communications.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to verify and check work from various perspectives.

• Competence in researching industry, economic, and benchmark data and applying it to relevant companies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
