Senior Consultant, Business Valuation – ABV, CVA Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• The primary responsibility of candidates will be to prepare business valuation engagements from initial stages to draft completion.

• This role will involve managing document requests and production, developing valuation models, creating report templates, conducting site visits, and engaging with clients.

• There may be opportunities to participate in damages and other financial forensic engagements.

• Candidates should be willing to commute to Phoenix, Arizona on a hybrid basis or be open to relocating to the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Business valuation certification (e.g., CVA, ASA, ABV, CFA, etc.) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Capable of managing multiple projects or cases to meet varying deadlines.

• Proficient in analyzing large data sets and translating them into a simplified visual format.

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated through the preparation of expert reports and other communications with clients.

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to reconcile and review work from different perspectives.

• Skilled in researching industry, economic, and benchmark data to apply it to subject companies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
