Senior Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.

• Lead comprehensive IdentityIQ implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Configure and develop workflows, rules, forms, certifications, policies, and provisioning processes.

• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, including Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, databases, cloud platforms, and custom applications.

• Create custom connectors, REST/SOAP integrations, and Java-based customizations.

• Support identity lifecycle management processes, encompassing Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.

• Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and governance frameworks.

• Configure and manage access certifications, separation of duties (SoD), and compliance controls.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership during incident resolution.

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.

• Mentor junior engineers and offer technical guidance throughout IAM projects.

• Engage in architecture discussions and contribute to IAM strategy initiatives.

• Report to Senior Identity Leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.

• More than 7 years of overall IAM or cybersecurity experience.

• Strong proficiency in developing SailPoint IIQ Rules using Java, BeanShell, and XML.

• Experience with application onboarding, aggregation, provisioning, and certification campaigns.

• Expertise in integrating SailPoint with various systems.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP Services, SQL, and LDAP.

• Proven ability to lead technical projects.
