Senior Consultant – AI Transformation, Decisioning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives for AI-enabled transformation in intricate, regulated settings.

• Gather, analyze, and document AI use cases, requirements, and business necessities, including legal and compliance considerations.

• Oversee the comprehensive redesign of processes that incorporate integrated AI functionalities.

• Develop and assist in the implementation of decision intelligence models that merge human insight with AI results.

• Aid in the delivery and deployment of AI elements into production environments.

• Ensure the integration of AI services within enterprise architectures, such as Azure AI, data platforms, and vector search.

• Conduct data-driven analyses emphasizing data quality, traceability, and compliance.

• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across disciplines, including legal, business, IT, data, and external partners.

• Maintain adherence to governance, security, legal, and enterprise architecture standards.

• Assist in business analysis tasks as part of wider transformation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in AI-enabled transformation programs, including Generative AI and Machine Learning.

• Familiarity with legal, regulatory, or compliance-oriented environments.

• Experience in redesigning end-to-end business processes utilizing AI.

• Proven ability to elicit and document AI-related requirements and use cases.

• Experience in delivering AI components to production environments.

• Knowledge of integrating AI services within enterprise ecosystems, such as Azure-hosted AI, data platforms, and vector search.

• Conducting data analyses with a strong focus on data quality and governance.

• Ability to model complex decision-making processes that combine human and AI inputs.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and decision intelligence frameworks.

• Capability to align AI solutions with legal and regulatory demands.

• Extensive expertise in process optimization and intelligent automation.

• Demonstrated ability to convert business and legal requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Nice to have: Experience with AI tools in everyday workflows.

• Experience with data platforms like Azure Data Lake, Synapse, and Databricks.

• Familiarity with Python or SQL.
