Senior Construction Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Deliver construction leadership and technical guidance from the owner's perspective throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Oversee construction operations, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and lead project teams effectively.

• Foster a safe working environment, minimize waste, enhance operational efficiency in the field, and ensure facilities meet specified objectives.

• Manage field execution in alignment with approved plans, project controls, and schedules.

• Administer contractor and third-party performance during mobilization and oversee daily coordination.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• At least ten years of pertinent experience in industrial construction management.

• Capability to undertake tasks that involve climbing from heights in diverse climate and environmental conditions.

• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time.
