Senior Confluence Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Become a part of a leading S&P 500 organization in the global payments and financial technology sector.

• Engage in a short-term, hands-on initiative focused on standardizing Jira and Confluence within a complex post-M&A landscape.

• Create a noticeable, immediate impact by standardizing daily operations across teams.

• Evaluate current Jira and Confluence instances.

• Standardize and unify workflows, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.

• Implement uniform Jira and Confluence configurations, including projects, permissions, and integrations.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on enhancements.

• Carry out standardization modifications across Jira and Confluence environments.

• Facilitate the adoption of standardized processes throughout teams.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automation to enhance visibility and monitoring.

• Document changes, standards, and guidelines to assist with team training.

• Provide ongoing troubleshooting and maintenance support for Atlassian tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in administering Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in enterprise-level environments.

• Proven experience in consolidating and standardizing multiple Jira and Confluence instances following M&A activities.

• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate existing instances and enhance workflows and processes.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in assisting teams with the adoption of standardized processes.

• Practical experience implementing changes in Jira/Confluence across workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively to deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Upper-Intermediate+ level of English proficiency.

• Background as a Process Engineer with practical Atlassian experience is desirable.

• Experience in setting up Jira/Confluence dashboards, reports, and automation is desirable.
