
Senior Compliance Corrections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Engages in the corrections process across all business lines.
• Evaluates and prioritizes suspected cases of non-compliance.
• Inputs compliance issues into the GRC tool and coordinates the assignment of these issues to corrections team members.
• Works collaboratively with compliance and business stakeholders to collect information, formulate corrective action plans, pinpoint and escalate obstacles to progress, and gather evidence of remediation.
• Updates the GRC tool to facilitate corrections reporting.
• Monitors and oversees progress towards remediation and documents key milestones in the GRC tool.
• Recognizes issues that need escalation and ensures they are addressed promptly through established procedures.
• Conducts reviews of evidence to determine the root cause of issues and enables timely closure of those issues.
• Creates, implements, and continuously improves corrections reporting to offer valuable trend analysis for business stakeholders and senior leadership regarding new, ongoing, and resolved issues, along with regulatory sanctions.
• Assists management in developing and maintaining corrections processes and tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in Managed Care/Health Insurance or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in Managed Care/Health Insurance or a related field required.
• Experience in data analytics is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
• Certification in HealthCare Compliance (CHC) is preferred.
• Certification as a Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) is preferred.
