Senior Complex Commercial Property Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversees and manages all elements of an assigned claims inventory to reach a fair resolution.

• Engages with all pertinent parties involved in the claim, including policyholders, agents, attorneys, witnesses, or public adjusters, to collect information.

• Conducts thorough investigations of claims to assess exposure, collaborates with relevant experts, and formulates strategic recommendations.

• Evaluates new and transferred losses to create an actionable plan for claim management.

• Maintains an effective diary system to guarantee prompt claim resolutions and adherence to state regulations.

• Verifies the accuracy of data within the claims system for regulatory reporting purposes.

• Guides defense counsel throughout the litigation process in alignment with Company litigation protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education/experience).

• At least 10+ years of relevant claims experience.

• Various state adjuster licenses are mandatory.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial property claims handling, reserving, resolution strategies, and litigation management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, claims systems, and databases.
