This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provides support and guidance to functional leaders regarding all compensation-related issues.
• Engages in market benchmarking surveys, oversees the annual review of internal salary structures, and guarantees that all systems are updated with precise data.
• Executes market pay analyses, which include deriving conclusions, offering recommendations on the company's competitive stance, and evaluating potential budgetary requirements.
• Recommends approval for offers and pay actions in designated areas; collaborates to foster consensus among key stakeholders.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders on job documentation and analysis in alignment with G-P’s career architecture.
• Educates managers and employees on compensation practices, career architecture, and discussions regarding compensation.
• Assists in the management of all focal point compensation cycles.
• Guides and counsels business leaders through cyclical compensation programs.
• Responsible for daily compensation administration, including job requisitions, changes in job or pay, job profile maintenance, and prompt responses to employee inquiries.
• Identifies and proposes enhancements and efficiencies in compensation programs, processes, reporting, and support initiatives.
• Contributes to various other compensation tasks, including completing ad hoc job evaluations and market data requests.
• Keeps abreast of current trends in Compensation and comprehends statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with mainstream AI tools (e.g., Gemini) and an eagerness to incorporate AI workflows into daily tasks to enhance efficiency.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Compensation.
• Experience with non-traditional compensation programs is highly preferred.
• Must possess knowledge of global compensation markets, practices, and data.
• Exceptional Excel skills: proficiency in working with spreadsheets is essential. At a minimum, you should be capable of executing vlookups, logical functions, and creating pivot tables and charts.
• Proven analytical skills with the capacity to perform independent, thorough analyses.
• Ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with employees at all levels, management, and diverse audiences in both oral and written formats, including the skill to simplify "comp speak" into layman’s terms.
• Demonstrated capability to lead projects of moderate complexity or play a pivotal role in complex initiatives from inception to completion.
• Ability to adeptly manage multiple projects with potentially changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with a measured sense of urgency.
• Comfortable transitioning between transactional daily tasks and strategic priorities.
