This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform market pricing, pay modeling, and compensation analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Manage compensation programs, which encompass salary structures, merit cycles, and both short-term and long-term incentive plans.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders by offering compensation support, tools, and guidance.
• Spot opportunities to enhance and automate processes.
• Create and maintain materials, resources, and communications to improve manager and employee comprehension of compensation programs.
• Lead or assist with cross-functional initiatives such as job architecture, pay equity studies, or upgrades to compensation frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Over 3 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, program design, and administration.
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
• More than 5 years of compensation experience in a corporate setting (preferred).
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or an equivalent certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with incentive plans, including experience with long-term incentives (LTI) is preferred.
