This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• This position involves the creation, analysis, management, and delivery of detailed reports concerning bank and insurance company owned life insurance (BOLI & ICOLI) policies for a designated group of clients.
• Engages in data analysis and report generation.
• Develops and sustains a comprehensive understanding of trends related to each client’s BOLI/ICOLI portfolio and conducts thorough analyses to ensure the accuracy of reports.
• Prepares, reviews, and presents all client reporting.
• Conducts quality control assessments, communicates with the supervisor and Relationship Manager regarding client satisfaction, and addresses other matters necessary to ensure customer loyalty.
• Manages a significant volume of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with the required sensitivity.
• Aids in the implementation and ongoing upkeep of regulatory requirements for BOLI/ICOLI clients.
• Contributes to the development of executive-level reports, materials, and administrative standards for clients, while also assisting with the execution of changes.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of overall experience within the banking or insurance sector, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports.
• Life Insurance license or capability to obtain one within 6 months.
• Preferred in-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
