This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the administration of sales compensation plans, ensuring precise and prompt Xactly setup, reconciliation of attainments, and review of earnings.
• Recognize operational challenges and opportunities for process enhancement; work collaboratively with internal stakeholders as necessary to devise solutions.
• Provide support for accruals and generate ad hoc reports.
• Address employee inquiries related to commissions and policies in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation for assigned sales compensation processes.
• Assist in the implementation of Xactly and/or the development of reporting.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and provide backup for other team members.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales compensation.
• Experience in Xactly administration is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of transforming comprehensive data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Advanced skills in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, modeling, etc.).
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to process improvement, operational excellence, and enhancing sales performance through data-driven solutions.
• Proven ability to interpret and implement compensation policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of effectively partnering across departments at various organizational levels.
