This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct the creation of client-oriented product demonstrations for our virtual care and digital health offerings.
• Collaborate with the Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure that demonstrations effectively represent product capabilities and value propositions.
• Assist in sales presentations, internal training sessions, and customer meetings as required.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of an AI-driven repository containing product knowledge and frequently asked questions.
• Acquire knowledge and manage the creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate projects that involve the Product, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Client Success, and Operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and business concepts.
• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
