Senior Clinical Writing Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Independently develops, creates, and innovates clinical content, training materials, and educational tools in partnership with teams and departments to achieve departmental and operational goals.

• Evaluates and generates content assessments, gathers feedback from participants and stakeholders, and suggests enhancements to foster continuous improvement and innovation.

• Provides educational resources for various environments and formats (e.g., virtual/live classrooms, self-paced modules, videos, animations).

• Oversees training for the Education/Trainer team members, including coaching and developing educators in the presentation of created materials.

• Performs other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice.

• Associate’s degree in nursing is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in nursing is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of nephrology nursing experience in Home PD and/or HHD-based dialysis is essential.

• Additional experience in areas such as in-center hemodialysis, hospital-based dialysis, CKRT, and apheresis is preferred.

• Certified Nephrology Certification is preferred.

• Previous experience in training using various mediums (live, web-based, self-directed, etc.) is required.

• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are mandatory.

• Experience in nursing education is preferred.

• Experience in writing and editing educational materials is preferred.
