This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, create, and publish deals across a network of over 800 retailers, ensuring speed, precision, and a distinct editorial tone.

• Utilize AI tools (such as Claude) on a daily basis to research products, generate deal perspectives, review drafts, and uncover performance insights.

• Track your own Return on Advertising Spend (RoAS), conversion patterns, and merchant performance, leveraging this data to make informed posting choices each day.

• Broaden coverage beyond established, high-traffic merchants by uncovering innovative angles for new and emerging brands.

• Work in collaboration with Sales and Partner Development to transform exclusive offers and negotiated agreements into high-impact content.

• Maintain Brads Deals editorial standards: we only share what we would recommend to friends and family.

• Proven proficiency with AI technologies.

• Strong commercial insight.

• Extensive understanding of online retail, pricing strategies, and consumer behavior.

• Healthy skepticism towards misleading markdowns and inflated prices.

• Capability to work a nontraditional full-time schedule that includes weekends and holidays, with some flexibility during the weekdays.
