This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee clinical trial operations, collaborating with your team and stakeholders to achieve high-quality results across our clinical programs.

• Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the delivery of clinical trial management, address issues, and enhance team capabilities.

• Supervise the clinical segment of the budget to ensure optimal resource distribution.

• Create monitoring plans and tools to guarantee effective oversight of studies.

• Educate and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to maximize their performance.

• Propel participant enrollment and guide study initiation activities, ensuring compliance with timelines.

• Assess trip reports and implement corrective and preventive action plans as necessary.

• Cultivate effective relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management role within a CRO or Pharmaceutical Organization.

• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or other relevant disciplines.

• At least 10+ years of pertinent experience in clinical trial management.

• 2+ years of monitoring experience is preferred.

• Experience in managing complex or global trials is a plus.

• Familiarity with overseeing all trial components from initiation to database lock is preferred.

• Experience in coaching and mentoring other CTMs, leading a team of CTMs, and engaging in departmental initiatives is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%).
