Senior Clinical Training and Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Plan, create, coordinate, and implement regional Aortic Training & Education initiatives.

• Develop and sustain organized Aortic learning pathways, training resources, and course materials.

• Support educational programs associated with Aortic therapies, including EVAR and TEVAR.

• Collaborate with regional and country commercial teams to pinpoint priority markets and training requirements.

• Ensure that training programs align with internal business goals and meet customer expectations.

• Continuously refresh lesson plans and training content to incorporate new products and clinical practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4+ years of pertinent experience.

• Strong knowledge of Aortic therapy workflows.

• Experience in creating and delivering technical, clinical, or product training programs.

• Ability to convert complex clinical and technical information into clear, organized educational content.

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to travel throughout Asia and support non-traditional working hours as needed.
