This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assess RFPs and engage in strategic discussions to identify efficient and effective bidding approaches.
• Collaborate with business development, contracts and proposals, and operations teams.
• Consult with internal subject matter experts regarding labor needs, non-standard activities, client-specific bidding criteria, and proposal assumptions.
• Adjust proposal content to align with study requirements and specific opportunity assumptions.
• Ensure proposal content is consistent with budgetary constraints.
• Review client grids for precise mapping and unit definitions.
• Develop proposals and revisions for basic to moderately complex opportunities.
• Engage with clients to ascertain requirements and service expectations.
• Present and justify budgets to senior management during bid evaluations.
• Update corporate databases and tracking reports regularly.
• Maintain accurate bid grids within the bidding system.
• Keep strategy documents up-to-date to ensure proposals are customer-focused.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Capability to recommend proposal and budgetary parameters.
• Ability to operate under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with clinical trial proposal processes and budget management.
• Professional aptitude for interacting with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of clinical trial supply chain management.
• Understanding of the drug development process, FDA regulations, and GCPs.
• Proficiency in mathematics and budget management.
• Comprehension of unitized grids, unit costs, and unit drivers.
• Familiarity with functional-area project life cycles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Exceptional command of the English language and grammar.
• Ability to utilize and learn standard office equipment and technology.
• Competence in communicating and understanding information across diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to multitask and perform under stress.
