Senior Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Provides In-Clinic Services by identifying educational needs and formulating recommendations to improve clinical practices in aesthetic settings through a tailored educational experience for each healthcare professional (HCP) enrolled in a Facilitation Pathway.

• Enhances Education via AMI Digital World As an essential component of the Facilitation Pathway, collaborates with the CS to guide HCP educational programs using the AA AMI Digital World (AMIDW).

• Assists AMI Lead in AMI Event Delivery Aids in the execution of significant Affiliate-level AMI events as directed by the AMI Lead.

• Facilitates training and development of junior CS team members Collaborates with the AMI Lead and Country Training Manager to implement training and workshops within the International CS Learner Journeys – ALPHA, BETA, GAMMA & DELTA.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in a clinically relevant field such as medicine, nursing, or dentistry, although other patient-facing clinical roles like physiotherapy or clinical pharmacy may also be considered.

• Background in a sales or clinical specialist position within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device sector, preferably in aesthetics.

• Proficient in facilitation, training, and coaching, including event organization, preparation, and delivery of workshops and other educational solutions.

• Capability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.

• Fluent in business English is preferred but not mandatory.

• Metrics-driven approach with experience in tracking activities using a CRM tool.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
