This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Accountable for overseeing the research operations at sites involved in Worldwide’s clinical research initiatives.
• Execute study initiation visits (SIVs).
• Ensure adherence to obtaining informed consent, reporting potential safety-related events, and complying with all relevant regulatory standards.
• Conduct various study start-up tasks, including collaborating with sites to gather necessary regulatory documents and aiding in the negotiation of contracts and budgets.
• Educate sites on proper data collection and the reporting of any potential safety-related incidents.
• Supervise the site's functions throughout study maintenance and conclude research activities at the sites once the study has finished.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Bachelor’s degree or Nursing Degree.
• Experience in Rare CNS is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel regionally is required.
