Market Research Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution and evaluation of the client’s quantitative research initiatives.

• Aid in the creation of surveys, polls, and various research tools.

• Contribute to the analysis of data collected through quantitative or multi-source research.

• Program and implement surveys and polls using Qualtrics.

• Extract target lists for research deployment from diverse sources and systems.

• Generate cross-tabulations and verbatim data files.

• Append customer information and data as needed.

• Support the writing and editing of reports and presentations for stakeholders.

• Curate the Market Intelligence repository, which includes research reports and related documents.

• Oversee the tracking of research projects throughout the organization.

• Facilitate the growth of the Voice of Customer (VoC) and Voice of Employee (VoE) programs, including future integration with Salesforce and APIs.

• Additional duties will involve maintaining and eventually overseeing the clients' Customer Panel.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree with at least three (3) years of experience in market research or a related field.

• Prior experience in programming and deploying surveys using Qualtrics, Medallia, or a comparable survey tool.

• Proficient in Excel, including knowledge of VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.

• Familiar with PowerPoint features, such as reporting, animations, transitions, and multimedia integration.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Openness to learning additional software tools (e.g., Cvent for uploading conference lists).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight.
