Senior Clinical Research Associate – Psychiatry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the research operations at sites involved in Worldwide’s clinical research initiatives.

• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) to ensure proper setup.

• Execute various study start-up tasks, including collaborating with sites to gather necessary regulatory documents.

• Assist in the negotiation of contracts and budgets.

• Provide training to sites for accurate data collection and reporting of any potential safety-related incidents.

• Supervise the site's activities throughout the study maintenance phase.

• Finalize research activities at the sites upon the conclusion of the study.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Bachelor’s degree or a Nursing degree is required.

• Experience in the field of Psychiatry is mandatory.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently or with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
