This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee, execute, and/or provide comprehensive clinical site monitoring services for one or more projects, which may involve a variety of services, be intricate in nature, and/or operate on a global scale.
• This is an in-house position, accountable for the design and management of project monitoring services, which includes training, site/patient recruitment, site data/document management, budget oversight for project sites, and regulatory submissions that comply with SOPs, study protocols, and GCP best practices.
• In the capacity of Lead CRA, you will serve as the primary point of contact between CRAs and the project team, and may need to contribute to the creation of project plans, protocols, CRFs, communications, or other monitoring documents and tools.
• Represent the organization by fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a college diploma/degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated self-motivation paired with strong communication skills and a dedication to achieving favorable outcomes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong desire to comprehend the significance of building collaborative relationships to attain results.
• Proficient critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel to study sites approximately 5–8+ days per month, based on project and business requirements.
• Home-based position.
• Regular travel is necessary.
