This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee the research initiatives at sites engaged in Worldwide’s clinical research projects.
• Typically involved in every phase of the clinical study, which includes identifying potential sites, executing study start-up tasks, managing site operations, and concluding research activities.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
• Ensure adherence to informed consent processes, accurately report safety-related incidents, and comply with regulatory standards.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities in English.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
• A 4-year university degree or a Nursing Degree.
• Experience in CNS/Neurology is mandatory; experience in Psychiatry and Rare Disease is highly preferred.
• Candidates must be residents of the West Coast.
• Willingness to travel regionally is required.
