Research Associate – Executive Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work alongside the engagement team to implement a customized research strategy tailored to client requirements.

• Identify candidates for search engagements utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Pitchbook, the internal database, Boolean search techniques, and various online platforms.

• Build relationships and collaborate closely with Associates and Principals from different divisions of ZRG to exchange insights gained from engagements.

• Create metrics, reporting systems, and continuous improvement strategies to effectively assess, monitor, and report progress against objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of applicable experience in a service-driven business or consulting setting (prior executive search experience is advantageous).

• A bachelor's degree is necessary.

• Experience in researching and understanding market trends.

• Self-driven and intellectually curious, leading to proactive problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Capacity to quickly adapt to changes while maintaining composure under pressure.

• Excellent client-facing skills with a proven ability to establish strong relationships and effectively interact with all organizational levels.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives that align with Organizational Strategy opportunities, particularly in Diversity & Inclusion/Inclusive Design strategies.

• Results-driven while retaining attention to detail and quality, coupled with a sense of urgency.

• Team-oriented and collaborative.

• Required experience in sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and internal database queries; Pitchbook experience is a plus.

• Ability to rapidly learn and utilize ZRG’s CRM systems in daily search operations (Salesforce experience is preferred).
