This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for overseeing the research activities at sites engaged in Worldwide’s clinical research initiatives.
• Generally involved in all phases of the clinical study.
• Perform study initiation visits (SIVs).
• Ensure adherence to informed consent processes, report potential safety-related incidents, and comply with all relevant regulatory standards.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Bachelor's degree or Nursing degree.
• Experience in Oncology and Rare Disease is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel regionally is required.
