Clinical Quality Research Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Conduct quality and/or compliance audits

• Facilitate Process Improvement initiatives based on audit findings

• Offer education and support for the development of performance measures

• Provide consultation for quality and compliance audits

• Examine results for patterns and pinpoint areas of non-compliance

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid RN license

• A minimum of 4 years in managed care

• Familiarity with the requirements of regulatory or accrediting bodies (e.g., URAC, NCQA, EQRO, CMS)

• Certification as a Professional in Healthcare Quality, Lean Six Sigma Certification, or an equivalent credential is mandatory

• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
