This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provides thorough support for the institution’s research compliance program, which includes compliance monitoring, as well as education and training initiatives.

• Conducts compliance evaluations, assists in audits, and collaborates with academic and administrative departments to foster research integrity and accountability.

• Develops and delivers training on human research protections for faculty, staff, and students, while also creating educational resources.

• Organizes workshops and webinars, partnering with academic units to enhance ethical research practices across the institution.

• Acts as a vital resource for faculty, staff, and external partners, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies, and best practices regarding human subjects research.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., research compliance, public health, social sciences, etc.).

• At least 3 years of relevant program experience.

• Experience with human subjects research, IRB operations, research compliance, as well as education and training.

• Familiarity with practices related to compliance auditing or monitoring.

• Knowledge of federal regulations that govern research and institutional policies.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

• Experience in developing training programs or educational materials.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.

• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic research/compliance systems.

• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment using tools like Zoom.
