Senior Clinical Research Associate – Hungary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee, execute and/or provide comprehensive clinical site monitoring services for multiple projects.

• Accountable for the design and management of project monitoring services, encompassing training, recruitment of sites/patients, and management of site data/documents.

• Supervise project site budgets and regulatory submissions to ensure compliance with SOPs, study protocols, and GCP best practices.

• Serve as the main point of contact between CRAs and the project team.

• Engage in developing project plans, protocols, CRFs, communications, and other monitoring-related documents and tools.

• Represent the organization by fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a college diploma/degree along with 4-6 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to achieving positive outcomes.

• Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to understand the significance of building collaborative partnerships to drive results.

• Proficient critical thinking skills.

• Willingness to travel regularly to study sites for approximately 5–8+ days per month, based on project and business requirements.
