This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee research activities at locations involved in clinical research projects, primarily focusing on registries and non-interventional/observational studies.
• Assist in all phases of clinical studies, including the identification of potential sites.
• Execute study initiation tasks, which involve gathering regulatory documents.
• Aid in the negotiation of contracts and budgets.
• Educate sites on accurate data collection and the reporting of any safety-related incidents.
• Supervise site operations throughout the duration of the study.
• Conclude research activities at sites following the completion of the study.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
• Ensure adherence to informed consent, safety-event reporting, and relevant regulatory standards while managing sites from a distance.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities in English.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Bachelor's degree or RN/BSN in Nursing required.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong experience in CNS and Oncology is essential.
• Experience in Hematology is a plus.
