Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and take responsibility for the progression of clinical studies at research sites.

• Ensure that clinical studies are executed, documented, and reported in accordance with the protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all relevant regulations and standards.

• Coordinate essential activities for study setup and monitoring (e.g., identifying investigators, assisting in regulatory submissions, conducting pre-study and initiation visits, etc.).

• Manage appropriately sized clinical trials and assist Project Managers with larger studies.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.

• Engage directly with clients, initiate payments, and take part in proposal activities, including development and client presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry.

• Willingness to travel domestically, including overnight stays (50-60% travel commitment).

• Experience in biopharmaceuticals or relevant therapeutic areas.

• Proficiency in Serbian, English, and Bulgarian languages.
