Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial activities in accordance with the protocol, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities that necessitate technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites for compliance with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice standards.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and support the successful execution of trials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth trial operations.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Capability to manage multiple sites and projects at the same time.

• Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 60% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
