Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial locations to guarantee compliance with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Perform site visits to evaluate performance, address issues, and offer support for effective trial execution.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and precise data collection and reporting.

• Deliver training and direction to site personnel and fellow CRAs to uphold high standards in clinical trial conduct.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with site staff and stakeholders to facilitate seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Proven capacity to oversee multiple sites and projects concurrently, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with expertise in clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence and promote compliance in complex environments.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).
