Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Overseeing clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Performing site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and provide support for successful trial implementation.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee timely and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Offering training and guidance to site staff and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to uphold high standards in clinical trial execution.

• Establishing and nurturing effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to ensure smooth trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as life sciences, nursing, or medicine.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple sites and projects concurrently, exhibiting strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with expertise in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time (both internationally and domestically - via air and ground) and possess a valid driver's license.
