Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Overseeing clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Conducting site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and provide assistance to guarantee successful trial execution.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Offering training and guidance to site staff and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to uphold high standards of clinical trial conduct.

• Establishing and nurturing effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, nursing, or medicine.

• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a profound understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, possessing strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with expertise in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and drive compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time (both international and domestic - by air and road) and must hold a valid driver’s license.
