Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage clinical trial activities in accordance with the protocol, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.

• Lead monitoring tasks for clinical trials, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Ensure clinical trial sites comply with study protocols, regulatory obligations, and Good Clinical Practice standards.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and support successful trial implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Provide training and support to site staff and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to ensure smooth trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Strong comprehension of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Proficient in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 60% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
